Availability of service

We shall use all reasonable efforts to make the website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for planned or unplanned maintenance.

thebraingame.online operates a no-returns no-refund policy due to the digital nature of the products and services offered. Online payments are processed by Vimeo OTT.

There may be rare exceptions to our no-refund policy, dependent on circumstances. Such examples might be, but do not define a contractual obligation:
